You must create an account, and be able to read pdfs. You will be granted access immediately. You will need to be logged into your account to be able to see the Digital Editions Page Link next to the Account login in the upper right corner.
You MUST be logged in to see the link for your Digital Editions in the upper right portion of the browser after purchase of the membership Enjoy
